CompuCares

At COMPUCHILD, we care about our community, especially children. We strongly believe in providing them a quality education, but also care about the health and well being of the whole child. Beyond our classes, we work to improve the lives of children in several ways.

Charitable Giving

Over the years, COMPUCHILD has donated thousands of dollars to support children in need. From medical research to food pantries to youth sports leagues, COMPUCHILD Services of America, Inc. as well as our dedicated COMPUCHILD Program Directors donate regularly to numerous children’s causes. We truly care about children.

Each year COMPUCHILD names an Instructor of the Year. As a thank you to the instructor, we select a charity of their choice to received a cash donation from COMPUCHILD. Past charities have included Shriner’s Hospital for Children, Prevent Child Abuse of New Jersey, and My Stuff Bags Foundation.

Scholarships

Many Program Directors offer scholarships to local children. A scholarship may include classes for free or at a reduced rate. To qualify, children need to be attending a school or center that currently offers COMPUCHILD classes. Working with existing centers, our local Program Directors identify a select number of students to receive the scholarships. If your child is selected, you will be notified by your local COMPUCHILD Program Director. The qualifications and eligibility of any participant are at the sole discretion of COMPUCHILD and are final. The number of scholarships offered is limited and the program may be terminated at anytime.

Military Benefit Program

– For the past five years, COMPUCHILD has been named a Military Friendly Franchise. As a thank you to military families and in an effort to spread our mission further, we offer a 20% discount on the initial franchise fee to all honorably-discharged veterans and reservists. We will also extend this discount to their spouses.
