Math Olympiad

Math Olympiad for Elementary and Middle Schools (MOEMS)

Challenge your child to think like a mathematician through the internationally recognized Math Olympiad for Elementary and Middle Schools (MOEMS) program.

This two-part course is designed to develop strong mathematical thinking, problem-solving strategies, and the confidence to tackle challenging Olympiad-style questions.

During the Preparation & Coaching sessions, students will strengthen their skills in number theory, geometry, algebraic thinking, logic, combinatorics, and advanced problem-solving techniques. Rather than memorizing formulas, they will learn to identify patterns, think creatively, apply multiple solution strategies, and develop flexible mathematical reasoning. Students will also build perseverance, critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and the confidence to approach unfamiliar problems independently.

The second part of the program focuses on participating in the official MOEMS Olympiad contests. After each Olympiad, students will review and reflect on the problems, discuss multiple solution approaches, analyze common mistakes, and deepen their understanding of mathematical concepts. This cycle of preparation, competition, and reflection helps students continuously improve while fostering a genuine appreciation for mathematics.
