Since 1994, CompuChild has been dedicated to preparing children for the academic challenges of tomorrow through technology education today. To accomplish our mission, we:
- Introduce children to the expanding world of technology, teaching them its functions, capabilities, and possibilities.
- Emphasize collaboration and cooperation in a positive environment.
- Model proper care and consideration for the computer and peripheral equipment.
- Utilize a variety of educational software to conduct our classes while focusing on technology curriculum.

Design and Code your Own 3D Video Game with Roblox
Over the duration of this camp, students will gain hands-on experience building and designing OBBIES – obstacle courses of varying complexity – using Roblox Studio Editor and Lua programming language.

This is a beginner course in designing and building games. Students will be using the Roblox game engine to build 3D games and learn the fundamentals of programming while doing so.

With 17 years of educational experience, Mrs. Hiray has served as an Academic Dean, Curriculum Developer, Instructional Coach, Data Analyst, Instructional Technologist as well as a teacher and mentor. As an educational leader, Mrs. Hiray believes in developing inquiring, knowledgeable, and caring young people who help to create a better and peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect. Mrs. Hiray understands the importance of technology and stresses the need for a well-rounded educational experience for our 21st-century learners.
As a proud educator, she wants to contribute to creating a bright future for these young and high-achieving leaders.
